ArcheoRunning is a unique experience in Rome, and soon also in other Italian cities! It is not a simple running tour, but a real guided tour led by an official and local tour guide. Not a hard training or a race, but a light jogging.
It's a new way to practising sports and at the same time, to unveil unusual places, or places that are habitually experienced "absent-mindedly" in Rome.
An activity for everyone, even for the less trained. You will be followed step by step by a sports professional athletics coach certified by Fidal and Coni, and licenced tour guide for Rome and Italy. On top of that she is also an art historian with a PhD in Art History.
